Pro Ice Warranty and Return Policy
When used according to manufacturer’s directions, Pro Ice guarantees its products to be free from manufacturer's defects for one year from purchase date. Should the product be defective, simply return the product to Pro Ice along with the original sales receipt and dealer location where originally purchased. Pro Ice will provide a replacement product at no cost except shipping and handling to the customer. Please mail your return via insured, trackable carrier along with a pre-paid return label to the address below.
The warranty extends only to the purchase of the product from an Authorized Pro Ice Dealer. Failure to use the product according to manufacturer’s directions will void the warranty. Abuse, misuse, failure to follow directions or improper care also will void the warranty. This limited warranty covers only the product replacement and not any explicit or implied losses related to use or misuse of Pro Ice Cold Therapy Products and/or the product’s failure and use of such confirms consent. No other warranty or guarantee of product performance will be applied to Pro Ice Cold Therapy Products.
